Standard Coaching

Pre-made monthly programs to improve technique and performance

The standardized programming is a pre-made monthly program that can be treated as a strength portion prior to other workouts.

This program is ideal for casual weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, and other athletes looking to improve the quality of their lifts and overall performance. It is highly recommended you have a basic understanding of the snatch and clean and jerk.

This program includes:

  • New program every 4 weeks
  • Available as a 3 or 5 day/week option
  • Access to a Facebook community to ask questions, provide feedback, post videos, and engage with others doing the same program
  • This program requires access to a barbell, squat rack, and weight plates

Custom programming is a 1:1 coaching program catered to your specific needs as an athlete.

This program is ideal for beginner olympic weightlifters, or weightlifters seeking support with specific performance goals.  We will work together to determine the ideal weekly schedule and program length depending on your needs.

This program includes:

  • Individualized frequency and program duration based on your goals
  • Video analysis for your lifts
  • Text support for ongoing communication
  • Access to a Facebook community to ask questions, provide feedback, post videos, and engage with others
  • This program requires access to a barbell, squat rack, and weight plates
